Synabi has been working intensively with blutelligence for a long time. This partnership has made it possible to provide connectivity to SAP BW for D-QUANTUM. We were thereby once again able to demonstrate the high flexibility of D-QUANTUM Connect and the advantages of the open D-QUANTUM architecture.
The familiar clear visualisation in D-QUANTUM can now also be made available for various SAP BW objects, such as DataSources, InfoSources, InfoObjects, Advanced Data Store Objects, Composite Providers and BW Queries. Our customers can use the SAP BW Data Lineage for reliable source and impact analyses, even across application and technology boundaries.
D-QUANTUM links business metadata from the Business Glossary with the automated connected technical data objects in the Data Catalog. In this way, access to the technical data lineage is made available to a wider user group. Responsibilities, additional information, and the link of technical and business views can be easily recorded and displayed.
To complete the data management cycle, it is possible to optimise the connected SAP BW metadata with the D-QUANTUM solutions of the Data Management Journey, such as Data Quality Management, Data Request Management and Data Protection.

With D-QUANTUM Connect Studio, it is now easier than ever to connect external data sources in D-QUANTUM. With a specially developed app the user is intuitively guided through the process and can thereby select the appropriate connector (e.g. SAP BW) and the import target, as well as schedule the regular updating of the data.
